* Confirmation will be received within 48 hours of booking, subject to availability. 

* The proposed rates are dynamic and may be changed. If the price changes before the payment is made, the customer will be informed immediately. 

* The accommodation types proposed are those presented by the service provider, and any special requests will be sent to the latter and are subject to its confirmation.

* If the selected programme is not available, no amount will be withheld or debited, and you will receive an alternative programme proposal from WINEnROUTE.

* If you wish to do the programme in a single room, please contact us directly by e-mail to "booking@winenroute.pt".

* The price does not include: transportation, any service not mentioned in the programme, personal expenses. 

* Planned activities can be rearranged to be carried out in a different order, according to the customer’s convenience and the service provider’s working hours. 

* Check in: from 03:00 pm | Check-out: until 12:00 pm

* Wine Tasting: every day between 4:30 pm and 06:00 pm.

* Dinners: from Tuesday to Saturday, from 07:30 pm to 10:30 pm.

* Casa da Calçada Relais & Chateaux Hotel will be closed in January and February 2022.

Cancellation up to 5 days before the start date of the experience: no extra charge. 

Less than 5 days before the beginning of the experience: 50% of the total cost. 

In case of no-show or early departure, the total amount of the booking will be charged.
