The Pousada Convento de Évora, located between the Gothic Cathedral of Évora and the Roman Temple of Diana, welcomes you for this stay in the World Heritage city of Humanity. 

Visit the most emblematic sites of this historic city, on a private walking tour, through the art, architecture, heritage and Jewish and Muslim presences. The tour ends with an exclusive and commented wine tasting with some of the best Alentejo wines. 

Visit to the Fita Preta Winery, in the imposing Paço do Morgado de Oliveira. The visit ends with a tasting dedicated to those who want to know the essentials of Fita Preta. Throughout the tasting, the visitor tastes two wines. 

In the afternoon, Adega da Cartuxa awaits you for a visit through the memories of the place and the evolution of the wine production technique. Finish on a high note with a tasting of 3 wines selected by the Eugénio de Almeida Foundation. 

A day dedicated to the art of making wine in amphora awaits, but not only that!  

Start the day with a visit to the Cella Vinaria Antiqua Winery-Museum. Recovered and restored to its original form, this space shares the ancient knowledge of the production of amphora wines. The visit ends with a simple tasting of 2 DOC Alentejo Amphora Wines from Honrado Vineyards.  

Lunch at the País das Uvas Restaurant, which includes a tasting of typical Alentejo dishes.  

In the afternoon, we continue this trip at Herdade do Rocim. In this place, terroir and sustainability are respected. The visit passes by the cellar and terrace with magnificent views over the vineyard and ends with a tasting of Herdade do Rocim White, Rosé, Red and Reserve Red wines, accompanied by regional bread, olive oil, toast and local biscuits.
