When purchasing the offer of a WINEnROUTE experience, after validating the reservation, you will receive a voucher in your email, with the booking instructions.
Terms of use:
* Voucher valid for 1 year after purchase date.
* Reservations with a voucher are subject to availability and must be made at least one week in advance, via email booking@winenroute.pt or by phone (+351)969884118.
* A falta de comparência implica a anulação do voucher.
* All individuals under 18 years must be accompanied by a parent or responsible adult. For safety reasons this must be stated at the time of booking.
* Price does not include: exclusive boat, appetisers, guided tour or audio-guide.
* The experience may be cancelled due to weather conditions and unfavourable navigability, breakdown of navigation locks, breakdown, and damage to boats, among others that prevent navigation or make it inadvisable for safety reasons. In that case, the customer may opt for a refund of the sums already paid or for another journey from the same service provider.
* Due to the Covid-19 Pandemic, the capacity limit may change.
If cancellation occurs 30 days before departure, the total amount of the booking will be refunded, or you can change the booking date according to availability.
If cancellation occurs within 30 days before departure, the customer loses the right to a refund or may change the booking date according to availability.
Changes:
If the change occurs 30 days before departure, the value of the trip will be reviewed, and changes can be made according to availability.
If the change occurs during the 30 days prior to departure, you lose your right to the change and refund, if any.
