Day 1

The Pousada Castelo de Estremoz, located in the historic center, in a 13th century castle built by D. Dinis for Queen Santa Isabel, is the ideal place to discover the city.
Take the first day to walk through the streets of this city, enter the handicraft shops, observe the presence of marble and travel through the history of Portugal mirrored in monuments and heritage.
Day 2
Adega Monte Branco + Quinta D. Maria. Alentejo
2 Visits and Wine Tasting | Lunch
Start the day with a visit to the Monte Branco Winery and Barrel Cellar accompanied by the winemaker, discover the secrets behind each wine, compare grape varieties, blends and taste the wines that are still in barrels. A typical Alentejo lunch follows, in the glass-enclosed room, with a unique view of the Estremoz Castle.
In the afternoon, Quinta de D. Maria welcomes you for a visit to the 18th century chapel dedicated to Nossa Senhora do Carmo and to the wine cellar where you will find the famous marble presses where the grapes are still trodden. The visit ends with a tasting of D. Maria red, white and rosé wines, accompanied by bread and cheese.
Day 3
Pousada Castelo de Estremoz, Alentejo

Option | Visit to the Torre de Palma winery and barrel room, followed by lunch at the Palma restaurant, led by Miguel Laffan, with a combination of 3 moments designed in the richness of Alentejo cuisine paired with wines from the estate. (Experience available from Friday to Sunday from 12:00 pm)
