Day 1
Herdade da Malhadinha, Alentejo
Arrival at the Estate | Visit to the Winery and Tasting | Dinner
Arrival at Herdade da Malhadinha Nova with a welcome drink from one of the estate's wines.
Visit to the property in vintage off-road vehicles.
Visit to the winery followed by a wine tasting session with our Wine Tourism team.
Dinner at the property's restaurant.
Day 2
Herdade da Malhadinha, Alentejo
Breakfast | Cooking Workshop | Mountain bike ride | Gastronomic dinner
Breakfast.
Cooking Workshop – Module I: Visit to the vegetable garden and orchards.
Picnic in the estate vineyards.
Cooking Workshop - Module II: Tips and tricks.
Mountain bike ride.
Dinner with 3 moments created by consultant chef Joachim Koerper, with suggested wines.
Day 3
Herdade da Malhadinha, Alentejo
Breakfast | Cooking Workshop | Lunch | Dinner
Cooking Workshop – Module III: Visit to the pastures of the various DOP species bred at Herdade da Malhadinha Nova.
Lunch based on the dish prepared during the Cooking Workshop.
Cooking Workshop – Module IV: The flavours and scents of Alentejo.
Dinner with wines produced at the Estate.
Day 4
Herdade da Malhadinha, Alentejo
Breakfast | Cooking Workshop | Lunch | Fishing Session | Dinner
Cooking Workshop - Module V: Ancestral Bread with the use of Mother Dough.
Lunch, accompanied by the bread you made.
Cooking Workshop - Module VI: Contemporary Sweets in Tradition.
Fishing session.
Dinner with suggested wines.
Day 5

Cooking Workshop - Module VII: Cooking with fire.
Light lunch based on dishes prepared during the Cooking Workshop.

* This programme requires a minimum of 2 people. Confirmation will be received within 48 hours of booking, subject to availability. In case the booking cannot be confirmed, no amount will be withheld or debited, and you will receive an alternative programme proposal from WINEnROUTE.
* The accommodation types proposed are those presented by the service provider, and any special requests will be sent to the latter and are subject to its confirmation.
* The room types for extra nights match the one booked.
* The proposed rates are dynamic and may be changed. If the price changes before the payment is made, the customer will be informed immediately.
* If you wish to do the programme in a single room, please contact us directly by e-mail to info@winenroute.pt.
* The outdoor activities are subject to atmospheric conditions. If the weather conditions are adverse and endanger the safety of the activity to be carried out, it may be cancelled.
* The price does not include: all drinks with and without meals, except those mentioned in the programme; any service not mentioned in the programme; personal expenses.

Bookings can be changed or cancelled at least 5 days or more before the date of arrival. In case of cancellation after 5 days prior check-in, you will be charged 100% of the booking value. In case of No-Show or early departure you will be charged 100% of the booking value.
