* The confirmation will be received up to 48 hours after the reservation, according to availability. 

* The proposed rates are dynamic and may be changed. If, until the payment is made, the value changes, the client will be immediately informed. 

* The proposed accommodation typologies are those presented by the service provider, and any special requests will be sent to the same, and are subject to its confirmation.

* If the selected program is not available, no amount will be withheld or charged and you will receive an alternative program proposal from WINEnROUTE.

* If you wish to do the program in a single room, please contact us directly through the e-mail "info@winenroute.pt".

* Free use of indoor swimming pool and cardio-fitness room.

* The price does not include: entrance fees at the University of Coimbra, Portugal dos Pequenitos and Exploratório Ciência Viva; any services not mentioned in the programme; personal expenses.

* The programme that includes visits, tasting and lunch at the Luís Pato Winery takes place from Monday to Friday. 

* Planned activities can be rearranged to be carried out in a different order at the customer's convenience. 

* Check in: from 3:00 pm | Check-out: until 12: 00 pm

Cancellation up to 7 days prior to the start date of the experience, without additional costs.

With less than 7 days or in case of no-show or early departure, the full amount of the reservation will be charged.
