Wine with a View

* All individuals under 18 years must be accompanied by a parent or responsible adult. For safety reasons this must be stated at the time of booking.

* Lunch for children aged 4 to 12: 50% off the menu price.

* The experience may be cancelled due to weather conditions and unfavourable navigability, breakdown of navigation locks, breakdown, and damage to boats, among others that prevent navigation or make it inadvisable for safety reasons. In that case, the customer may opt for a refund of the sums already paid or for another journey from the same service provider.

* Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, the capacity limit may change.

Cancellations up to 30 days before departure: the total amount of the booking will be refunded, or you can change the booking date according to availability.

Cancellations less than 30 days before departure: the customer loses the right to a refund or may change the booking date according to availability.

Changes up to 30 days before departure: the value of the trip will be reviewed, and changes can be made according to availability.

Changes less than 30 days before departure: the customer loses the right to change and to a refund, if applicable.
